Called with a pain in the tooth and they worked me in. The tooth is a front one with a crown and I was nervous. Dr Susan and Renee as well as the front office staff answered all my questions and put me at ease. Dr Susan fixed my tooth and has already checked back with me. This place is simply wonderful. I can't say enough about how warm and caring and, most importantly, incredibly competent, the entire staff is. Over the years I have had appointments with Dr. Sue, Dr.Jeff and Dr. Edita and I honestly cannot say who I love the most! Not only are each of them supremely capable in their work, they are incredibly attuned to my comfort levels and so sensitive and reassuring that they put me completely at my ease. They work hand-in-glove with their assistants in a way that in itself is a sight to see. I cracked a tooth at the beginning of quarantine, and called for an emergency appointment. Dr. Sue and her assistant worked together to clean my teeth while the novocaine set in, I was given xrays, an exam and had the tooth repaired with resin like new in less than an hour. Their rates are very reasonable and the hygienists and office staff are fantastic as well. Dr. Sue's asst. today has worked with her there 19 years! what a team. I love em'! Wonderful!!

She told me what she was going to do, worked with me to ensure Iwas comfortable, then delivered the best, most complete cleaning I've ever had. She was professional, personable and a raving beauty, which made the entire process wonderful!

I’m over 70 and I can’t count the number of dentists I’ve been to in all these years. I moved around a lot so it’s probably somewhere between 20 and 25. Petersen Family Dentistry is without question the best I’ve experienced. Each professional is so competent I’d trust any of them to provide dental services to the crew of the first space ship to Mars. No fooling. And the office staff is as friendly as anyone could possibly want, greeting me on every visit as if I’m family. Everyone manages their tools and the office computer system with such expertness that it’s jaw-dropping. And my teeth cleanings are always painless, on time as scheduled, and with dazzling results. Overall, the care I receive here is excellent in every possible way.

I spent over 40 years fearing and hating dentists and the necessary procedures. The concern for my anxiety on my first visit was amazing and has continued . Jeff always checks in with how I'm feeling first thing and talks to me about everything to alieve any anxiety. Ian has been an excellent addition to the team. Careful and caring

I’ve been going to them for years, in fact my family goes too. The office is clean and they are accommodating if there is a problem. They care about how you feel. When my son was young and had a procedure done they called after hours to see how he was. That’s another thing, they’re good with kids!

I had an appointment for a cleaning with Megan today and as usual, it was wonderful. Dr. Sue, Dr. Jeff and Dr. Ian are absolutely amazing! The entire staff is so professional, friendly, kind and caring. I have been going to the Petersens for many years and they treat me like family. I actually love going to the dentist! I've had a number of procedures done and the doctors themselves have called me on the weekends to see how I was doing...it doesn't get any better than that.
